WML is allowed by the GTHL to confirm that WestMall will enter 2 teams in the Greater Toronto Hockey League
As of today, February 15th, 2025, we are allowed by the GTHL to confirm that WestMall will enter 2 teams in the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL). First, a U10 AA WestMall Lightning team will be coached by a group led by Coach Antoine Shiu and secondly, a U10 A WestMall Lightning team coached by a group led by Coach James Roy.
Tryout dates for both these teams will be announced on our website according to GTHL bylaws and be accessible to any U10 player. Usually, the AA tryouts start in late April and last for about 7days before the roster is finalized. Players not selected at the AA level are free to seek other AA teams or participate in the WestMall U10 A tryouts to make a roster. The WestMall U10 AA and A team members will be playing exclusively in the GTHL and will not participate in House League at the U10 level.
